Fresh Nutrition was born from a simple frustration: where do you go in Dallas when you want bread that was actually baked, produce that hasn't traveled across the country, and groceries that don't come wrapped in plastic and preservatives?
We opened our doors on Ferguson Road with a commitment to doing the thing everyone says is too hard: sourcing real ingredients, baking in small batches, and treating every customer like a neighbor. It's not a strategy. It's just how we were raised.
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all baked fresh each morning using traditional methods and locally milled flour.
